If you have never taken a Vipassana course earlier, kindly go through the Code of Discipline of the course carefully. It is important that you understand it clearly and are willing to abide by the rules. Then, select a Vipassana center suitable to you, fill up the Application Form, indicating the dates of the particular 10-day course at that center. Send the completed form to that center well ahead of the course date. Your admission must be confirmed by the center before you can join the course.
